Troubleshooting resources available to A2J Clinic participants

Staff of the Center for Access to Justice & Technology will conduct a series of recurring working sessions throughout the Fall 2013 semester, which are open to students from all of the participating A2J Clinics.  Jessica Bolack Frank will conduct webinars on Tuesday & Friday mornings that focus on A2J Author®, but will also be available to answer some HotDocs Questions.  Chris Alfano will conduct webinars on Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday evenings that focus on HotDocs (also taking some questions on A2J Author).

Students will learn about A2J Author and HotDocs in class, with support provided by Jessica and Chris during those class sessions. These working sessions are designed to supplement the classroom component and training videos available here. Jessica and Chris will be available to answer students’ questions on a first-come, first-served basis. Students can come with questions prepared in advance, but are also welcome to log into the working sessions while they work on their projects in case any questions arise.
